End of Cycle Review

If you created your Cycle 1 Groups in I-Tracker Pro - Beta, you do not have to copy groups. The groups are automatically added to the remaining cycles and you can edit them as needed.

If you created the groups in I-Tracker Pro - Legacy, you will need to copy the groups to Cycle 2. It is also suggested that you copy the groups to the remaining cycles at this time.

If teachers entered recommendations, you can accept the recommendation or you can do your own review.

1. Select the group you wish to complete the End of Cycle Review

2. If Teacher Recommendations were entered for the Group, you will see them on the right side of the table. To start the process, select the student or students using the check boxes to the left of their names. If you wish to review all students, click on the check box at the top of the student table. Once you have selected the students, click the “Review” button.

3. After you click “Review”, the screen displays the area to complete the review. Teacher recommendations are pre-loaded (if done by the teacher) and you can edit or accept the recommendations. Select the “Next Cycle Group” for each student. You can also “Bulk Review” the students by clicking the button next to the “Selected Students” title. A pop-up window will display, and you can complete the review for all students.
